🍀 St. Patrick’s Weekend at Austin’s Downtown Fort Collins
St. Patrick’s Day is bringing a little extra excitement to downtown Fort Collins this year. On Saturday, March 14, 2026 at 10 AM, the St. Patrick’s Day parade returns to Old Town — and Austin’s American Grill is the perfect spot to be part of the celebration.
Our downtown location will open early at 10 AM so you can grab a seat, warm up with a festive drink, and enjoy the energy as the parade makes its way through town. Our patio will be decked out for the occasion, making it the perfect place to gather with friends and keep the celebration going after the last float.
While you’re here, we’ll be serving a Traditional Corned Beef plate with roasted garlic mashers, cabbage, and carrots — a St. Patrick’s Day classic available while it lasts. Pair it with one of our festive drink specials and settle in for a day that’s all about good food, good company, and a little Irish luck.
It also happens to be the final day of Great Plates, making it a great opportunity to enjoy the festivities downtown while supporting this longtime Fort Collins community tradition.
🍀 Celebrating on St. Patrick’s Day
If you can’t make the parade, you’ll still have a chance to enjoy the tradition.
On St. Patrick’s Day itself — Tuesday, March 17, 2026 — we’ll be serving our Traditional Corned Beef with roasted garlic mashers, cabbage, and carrots (while it lasts) at all of our Austin’s locations.
It’s the same hearty, classic dish that makes St. Patrick’s Day feel complete.
Whether you’re joining us for the parade festivities in Old Town on March 14 or stopping in on St. Patrick’s Day, March 17, we’d love to celebrate with you.
After all, at Austin’s American Grill, we’re dedicated to serving great food and creating a warm, inviting atmosphere for our guests — and holidays like this are even better when they’re shared around the table. 🍀
